The world of personal ev transport is now a fast growing ecosystem, there is currently a steep learning curve to learn before taking the plunge and buying a new or second user electric vehicle.
What this site and twitter feed will attempt to do is make embarking on your ev journey a simpler and more informed journey, after all simplicity is what the use and operation of an ev should be about, to allow everybody to feel comfortable moving over to electric transport.
If you have an "normal" car with an engine (Internal Combustion Engine), also know as an ICE or IC, you don't have to think about fueling it to use, yes you will have to educate yourself with regards taxing, insuring the car, also checking the MoT is current.
You don't really need to think about fueling an ICE vehicle, you just go to the fuel station, pick either petrol or diesel and then fill your car, then you go into the station to pay for your fuel with cash or a card.
Of course these days you can pay at the pump for your fuel, this type of payment for your fuel is more akin to paying for your electricity you use with an ev, although still not as convenient.
Currently you will need separate RF ID cards or an app on your smart phone per operator, which means a fat wallet and a collection of apps, most charge companies have a subscription charge to the service on top of any electricity taken.
